LIFETEAM, Inc. is a heart-centered nonprofit dedicated to uplifting unheard voices through service, advocacy, support, and education across three critical platforms: mental health, sexual abuse prevention, and teen pregnancy support.

Visionary. Advocate. Survivor. Community Builder.
Shareese Strong is the heart behind LifeTeam, Inc.—a woman whose life experiences shaped a deep commitment to advocacy, healing, and hope. Becoming a mother as a teenager and navigating the complexities of mental health and trauma, Shareese knows firsthand what it means to feel unseen, unheard, and unsupported.
Rather than be defined by her challenges, she chose to rise—and to create space for others to rise with her.
With over two decades of leadership across public service, technology, and community empowerment, Shareese brings not only professional expertise, but also unmatched compassion and authenticity to her work. She founded LifeTeam, Inc. to be more than a nonprofit—it’s a movement to uplift unheard voices, challenge injustice, and restore dignity to those who’ve experienced sexual abuse, teen pregnancy, and mental health struggles.
Through her bold leadership and unwavering heart, Shareese continues to build bridges between systems and souls, helping families and communities heal—one story, one service, and one life at a time.

Women With Wings is a growing sisterhood of women who became mothers as teenagers—and refused to let that define our limits. Together, we are reclaiming our stories, lifting one another up, and opening doors for the next generation of young mothers.
🌈 Our Vision:
To build a healing, empowering space where teen moms feel seen, heard, and supported—leading to the development of a group home focused on education, growth, and transformation.
Through shared experiences, healing conversations, and collective advocacy, we support one another—and pave the way for the next generation of teen moms.
We’re creating something powerful: • A safe space to meet and share stories without shame. • A support network to mentor and uplift current teen moms. • A vision for the future: a group home where teen mothers can find shelter, guidance, and a second chance at stability.
